We have worked with Catherine on the purchase of two different properties in Calgary and both experiences have been smoothly successful! We live out of town and being able to work with her remotely has been so helpful. Despite our distance, she has managed everything we hoped for, negotiated timelines that worked beautifully for us and taken care of all the details. Catherine is friendly but very professional and thinks of all the things we would never consider. Thank you Catherine! We so appreciate your knowledge and negotiation skills!
