We had the pleasure of working with Catherine “Cat” Prata during our relocation from Texas to New York, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Moving across the country comes with so many personal and logistical challenges, but she took the time to understand every detail of our situation and guided us through finding a home with genuine care. She didn’t just help us find a home—she helped us transition into a completely new lifestyle. From understanding our priorities to helping us navigate the differences in neighborhoods, pace of life, and overall culture, she made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring. She took the time to answer every question, big and small, and never rushed us through any decision. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find a home that fit not just our needs, but our comfort and peace of mind during such a big move. Her professionalism, local knowledge, and personalized approach truly set her apart. If you’re relocating or just looking locally for a new home, we highly recommend Cat. She turned what could be a stressful move into a smooth, confident, and even exciting experience.
