We are writing to share our extremely positive experience working with Carrie Lee Hoffman, one of your agents, during the recent sale of our home. From our very first conversation, Carrie Lee was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was clear she truly understood how to market a property effectively. She priced our house at exactly the right level — we received a full-price offer on the very first day, and just two days later, a second offer came in at full price plus $25,000. Her pricing strategy and marketing approach made all the difference. What stood out most, beyond her clear expertise, was her humility. She never oversold her own success; she simply did excellent work and let the results speak for themselves. In fact, before we even chose her, we searched online and found she was rated the number one agent in the area — a reputation we can now say is well earned. Thanks to her guidance and great counsel throughout, the entire process from start to finish took only 25 days. She represents REMAX Executive Mountain Laurel Team extremely well, and we would not hesitate to use her again. In fact, we plan to do exactly that — should another home in Wolf Laurel meeting our criteria become available, Carrie Lee will be the first person we call. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and we hope she receives the recognition she deserves within your brokerage. Sincerely, Terry and Pam Britt
