Caroline was wonderful. She helped us from the start to the closing. She gave us great suggestions and helped us figure out the minimal work to do on the house to get the most out of it. She recommended contacts to do the work who were efficient and affordable. She suggested what needed to be done to sell the house, helped us decide on an asking price, showed the house, and walked us through all the paperwork for closing. She was very knowledgeable and patient. We were dreading what it would take to sell the house, and she made the process very smooth and easy.
