Carol contacted me explaining her thoughts on marketing my sister-in-law's home including costs related to realtor's compensation, a fair market price range for listing the home and expected costs associated with preparing the home for viewing by potential buyers. She also contacted and arranged for the physical resources to complete the tasks necessary to meet the date for viewing by potential buyers. She followed up on all paper work necessary to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner to complete the sale. I rate everything as excellent.
