Carol's business acumen and knowledge of the Northern NV market is exemplary. We just completed our fifth real estate transaction with her over the course of 21 years; we recommend her without reservation. She brings valuable insights and advice always presented in a constructive, helpful, and friendly manner. We particularly value the way she so astutely anticipates potential issues well in advance and proactively resolves them. In one past transaction, she masterfully navigated us out of a sticky situation to the mutual satisfaction of all parties. Last but not lease, she truly is one of the most charming and wonderful people one could hope to meet.
