Carol is absolutely incredible. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She was so professional and responsive. She gave us excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Her market analysis was spot on, and she provided wise and helpful counsel about how to price the property. We had a tricky situation as my husband and I live out-of-state and were selling my brother's condo after his death. Carol became the point person for us. She arranged everything from the painter to meeting with the fire chief for the inspection. Her attitude was consistently cheerful and incredibly kind and understanding of our difficult situation. I truly can't say enough good things about Carol. We are so grateful that we found her!
