Cannie and Cory both worked diligently and tirelessly to successfully complete our 1031 Exchange Project, which took about nine months. Cannie and Cory, executed tasks that at that time seemed impossible to complete. But because of their tireless determination, ingenuity and motivation, they did almost impossible tasks to complete the sale of our old Apartment Building and the purchase of our new Apartment Building. They did such a great job that we were honored to nominate both Cannie and Cory for the Aloha Aina Realtor Awards. They deserve it and we hope they do win this award this year.
