Bruce came to our home to discuss the sale of our home and explained the process. He was prepared with comps and the price he suggested was right on as our house sold before the end of the week. Bruce always kept us informed of the status of the sale. Bruce was knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to do do business with him and I would highly recommend him to family or friends.
