Brooke was great in helping us find and purchase our new home. Frist Brooke took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home and asked us questions to make sure she understood what we were looking for. Then she quickly gathered a collection of houses and set up viewings. During one viewing we saw a house that was not on the list. Right then and there she called the agent on the sign out front and we were able to see that home.Once we selected a house to make an offer on Brooke was prepared with comps and other research so that we could make the best offer. The negotiations took some time but Brooke remained positive and encouraging. There were also a few items that came up along the way and she was very comforting and positive.Brooke was there for us every step of the home buying process. I know she worked very hard even working late at night to get the job done. Brooke is very professional yet warm and friendly. It was a great pleasure working with Brooke.
