When we started house hunting, Brian set us up with daily emails of properties in our preferred area and with the amenities we were looking for. That lead to finding a great floor plan in a wonderful neighborhood.Brian is a master at negations and attentive to every detail. He has excellent resources and references, specifically recommending a top-notch home inspection team. Brian always made himself available, whether it was a question from us or our lender. Anytime we had a question for the sellers, he ensured that we got an answer. We would not hesitate to refer friends or family to Brian for any real estate needs.
