I was initially working with a broker from another firm (not Windermere) and it was not going well. I terminated the agreement with the other firm. Brian was then recommended to me by a family friend and the change in everything - responsiveness, local market knowledge, communication - everything was 110% better. He priced it correctly and made excellent suggestions to increase the appeal to potential buyers. He had it under contract in 8 days and it closed on time. He also 'had a guy or gal' for every change I needed to have done. It took what had been a very stressful experience for me and turned it into a giant positive. Lessons learned...you get what you pay for and local market knowledge is critical. I would highly recommend Brian!!
