Brian was awesome to work with! We never actually met in person because we bought from afar, but I knew he was going to be the one we worked with from the first phone call. We had very specifics needs and wants in an even more specific neighborhood. Oh and did I mention we don't live in Charleston? Brian was so responsive, even as I peppered him with 200 questions about flood plains and other random things I know nothing about, and knowledgeable about all things Charleston. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any housing scenario!
