Brett went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a unique situation with Ed in Florida, me in NC , and my brother in Asia at the time of the application. He was very clear in his explanation of the process and how the reverse mortgage works. I was quite stressed during the process but he was able to calm me down. I would highly recommend him to be in command if I ever needed this type of loan. He is good “people” person for sure and very knowledgeable about the entire endeavor!
