Brenda was great to work with. She explained in detail of the listing/selling process. We needed to sell the home quickly since it was our mother’s home. She sent me updates often when the house was going to have any scheduled showings. She gave me feedback of each showing, and we met to go over comps of homes that were listed in the price range so we could make a decision if we needed to lower the price to get it sold fast. She reached out to other buyer agents and not too long after that, we had an offer on the home. The signing went well with no problems. I would highly recommend Reece n Nichols and Brenda Johnson to sell our buy a home.
