Couldn’t have asked for a better partnership through the home purchase process! While I was referred to Brenda by an out-of-town real estate agent, my journey started with two of her associates Leia and Craig since Brenda happened to be away when I reached out immediately Leia started the journey by taking me on house viewing tour through Red Deer and once we found THE house Craig jumped in to provide insight on future value of the property and creating the offer. Upon return, Brenda took over from here and leaned in with further negotiations that resulted from home inspection findings and moving the conditions through. Come to think of it she also recommended a really reliable home inspection company who ended up saving me thousands because of their discoveries. To take the relationship a step further Brenda introduced me to her husband Dennis who is incredibly helpful in providing his knowledge and expertise as I embraced renovations of my new purchase. While I’ve bragged and shared my experience with all, what stood out most for my friends and family was the convenient offer to use the complementary moving van. The benefits didn’t stop there! Leia, who had helped show me the house at the start of this, she also flexed her design expertise and met over coffee to discuss the world of paint colors. Trust me when I say no to whites are alike and I’m ever grateful for Leia’s suggestion and my current pick for a beautiful warm gray. Was that it? No! Again through Brenda‘s recommendation I was partnered with Jennifer Craig for the legal closing of the deal. Once again expertise was placed in my lap and Jennifer further saved me more money and made the closing feel incredibly supported! While I could gush for days about my experience and ultimately the home we all found together, I’ll simply say five stars from start to finish!!! I feel very fortunate to have worked with each and everyone of the associates and partners and recommendations. And it all began with Brenda.:)
