Can I give more than five stars? Brant was simply exemplary in taking care of us. He was patient, helpful, and honest. We looked for more than six months, toured at least a dozen different condos, from hi-rises to small-unit buildings. Brant made appointments, was forthcoming with pros and cons of each unit, and was very understanding and supportive when we backed out of one offer after inspection. Brant was very responsive to emails and texts. He picked us up and drove us to closing, literally saving us hours on public transit. He came to closing with us and saw the entire transaction through to its end. He even gave us a closing gift. We didn't just find a great realtor in Brant, we found a new friend.
