Bill Halsey was instrumental in finding my perfect home here in the K Section of Palm Coast. So naturally, I subsequently decided to have him list my condo for sale in the C Section. Bill created a professional listing for my condo, with quality pictures and well-written descriptions. He did his due diligence to learn about the condo community, it’s amenities and all the HOA details, so that he could speak intelligently with the prospective buyers. I was able to get a cash offer for my condo, in a relatively short period of time, for a desirable price. We closed in nine weeks from the day we listed. I highly recommend Bill Halsey as your agent. He has extensive experience in the real estate market, particularly the Palm Coast area. He is patient, professional, has a great personality and just an all-around great guy. Ron Tavares
