Our family was planning a move from Greensboro to Charlotte, NC. For this reason, we were looking for a home in Charlotte. In this connection I met Mr. Bill Knott in February 2012. Mr. Knott extended us a very warm welcome and listened to us very carefully about the house that we needed.I was highly impressed when Mr. Knott explained to us the various possibilities available in regards to different designs and styles, their pros and cons, selection of options, impact of such selections on the overall costs and many related topics. His grasp on details of this complex topic was amazing. We had several meetings with Mr. Knott before we finalized our options. During these meetings, I found that he gave us uninterrupted attention and showed tremendous patience, courtesy and understanding. His attitude was always positive and reflected sincerity and dedication. He has earned my admiration due to his great qualities of professionalism. I wish Mr. Knott a tremendous success in his career.Arjun Kapur, Ph.D (Faculty Emeritus-NC A&T State University.     Springbrook Community
