Bill was and continues to be very attentive. It usually takes me a while to decide on generic things let alone finding a new place to live in. This is my very first time having an agent help me out with a rental and I would have Bill right by my side if I had to do it again. Bill took his time in explaining things and was a great advocate and listener. Took into account all the things I listed as prerequisites. I truly was blessed to find such a steal! Thanks Bill!
