Bill is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Responsive, knowledgeable, very well connected and knows the business and area well. He always went above and beyond - as an example during the inspection, the inspector did not want to go on the roof to inspect it. Bill drove to his office (during beach traffic!) and picked up his personal drone. He drove back to the beach house and flew the drone over the house and took really good pictures. Amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, committed, integrity are words that come to mind when I think and speak of Bill. L & F is lucky to have him as a realtor.
