Eli was a fantastic agent for my husband and I.  He was always available and patient as we navigated the crazy Bay Area market.  I don't know how he did it but our very first offer, a 'miracle' contingent offer with a long close was accepted.  We honestly thought it would be a miracle if it was accepted but we also knew we would be kicking ourselves if we didn't try.  Somehow Eli made it happen!  Unfortunately after that the process was not smooth with a buyer who regretted accepting the offer when a later higher offer came in, and a listing agent who provided conflicting answers to simple questions.  But through it all Eli advocated for our interests, kept his sense of humor and was wonderful to work with.  He introduced us to a fabulous contractor who was able to work with us to get quick estimates when unexpected problems turned up in the inspections.  For every curve ball that was thrown during the process Eli had a solution.  His knowledge or the area and his contacts were indispensable in getting us settled into our new home.
