Eli just helped my wife and I close on a house in Berkeley. We started earlier in the year, not knowing anything about the process and Eli was very patient with us. We found many listing through Redfin, but it was Eli that we counted on to educated us and advice us on each listing. He encouraged us to not give up after several declined offers(not his fault, the market is just too crazy) and kept us going. He's very knowledgeable of East bay and understands what we wanted out of a house. He didn't push us towards things that were too expensive, and even put up with us and spent his time submitting hail mary low offers. The whole process with Eli was great and he found us a great first home that we're happy with. I trusted Eli to have out best interest in mind and he came through for us.
