Because we had relocated to Vidalia, GA, we were rarely in Augusta. Coordinating the multiple repairs and upgrades which the house required fell on Beverly's shoulders. She took on these extra burdens cheerfully, and never seemed annoyed or frustrated with the tasks. Her extensive contacts in the community provided us with reliable, reasonably priced home improvement services. She monitored the work closely, and followed up promptly whenever necessary. She frequently went the extra mile to expedite payment to the various service providers, when they required payment at the time of service. We would enthusiastically recommend Beverly Hixon to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.
