GROWING UP DAVIDSON Beth Knox Sullivan has been a successful realtor for over 30 years . However, there was a time when working in her family's real estate business was the last thing she wanted to do. "When I got into trouble as a teenager, my parents would make me go to the office and answer the phone as my punishment," Beth laughs. That office belonged to Knox Realty, a company founded by Beth's parents in 1973. A mainstay on Main Street in Davidson for 37 successful years, it was here that Beth learned from her father that some things never change: integrity, authenticity, and fairness . These invaluable lessons took root in Beth's hometown heart at the outset of her career, producing a consummate professional with a deep and abiding love for all things Davidson . Few people are as in touch with small town magic as Beth. When her children were little, they loved walking to the Soda Shop on Main Street-the same place where a young Beth used to ride her horse when she got a hankering for a milkshake, and the same place where her clients now spend time with their families. A graceful statue in memory of her mother keeps close company with the Russell B. Knox building (Davidson's town hall, named in honor of her father's thirteen year mayoral legacy). Beth is inextricably woven into the fabric of Davidson, a tapestry she enriches with every client who sees its value. IT TAKES A PROFESSIONAL When clients need to know that everything will be meticulously taken care of, they choose Beth Sullivan . Her outstanding reputation for marketing distinctive properties is complemented by extensive luxury training and a first-hand knowledge of the local market. Beth understands the lake region and the intricacies of area property brokering as few others do. As she grew up, the Lake Norman area literally grew up alongside her, neighborhoods and businesses rising up from vacant swaths of land. Her ability to recall with clarity the way things were has forged a unique understanding of the direction the area is headed. This prescience of property value and growth has paid off in spades. With $99 million in career volume, Beth's name has become synonymous with "go-to" not just for Davidsonians, but for the lake area at large. Beth's vast network of professional and personal contacts within the community gives her the juice to tackle all aspects of real estate. Her unparalleled acumen in the field has yielded an extremely satisfied and loyal clientele. With a career list to close price ratio of 97.6%, it's no wonder that Beth deals almost exclusively in repeat clients and referrals . In a saturated and competitive profession, the degree to which her business self-generates is almost unprecedented. Carrying on a tradition of excellence that is literally in her DNA, Beth's integrity, expertise, and compassionate professionalism have helped thousands of families not only find a home, but feel at home. Some decisions in life are hard. With Beth as an option, choosing a realtor isn't one of them. When you're ready to buy or sell a home, call Beth-you'll be glad you did. Proud Recipient of the H. Allen Tate Jr. Award
