Beth Yohe and Corcoran is the perfect agent and the perfect company to transact any real estate. Beth is professional and super hard-working and even when times during negotiating were interesting (to say the least), Beth always had the right (intuitive) direction to review, think, process and then act. What is also so cool and what you do not see if the after sale. I stopped by the house and the young couple who purchased the house had 13 family members in the house with 11 round the kitchen table, (remember the table seats 5 people with 6 people standing), talking about the house history, the house future, surrounded by love. A genuine, Hallmark setting. Thank you Beth and thank you Corcoran Sawyer Smith. This house you sold a family, more that just a home.
