I contacted my realtor, Beth through my new home’s realtor. Com listing. I wanted to work directly with the listing agent which is why I went with Corcoran. Beth made this process so much easier than I expected it to be. She was a dual agent for the sellers and I, and treated both parties equally and fairly. I would 100% choose Beth and Corcoran to work with again on any real estate transactions in the future.
