Beth encouraged us for some time to consider buying a home. About a year went by and with Beth's persistence we decided to try. Though the market did not make it easy for a first time home buyer in the Bay Area, Beth stayed positive and determined in our search. She was always available to show us homes, answer emails and phone calls. She utilizes the highest technology to make signing documents via email effortless and at her client convenience. Beth worked very hard to develop good relationships with selling agents to help increase our chances and in the end, I believe this is why we were fortunate to get our condo! She has a heart of gold and her personal relations with all parties make it such a pleasure. Once our sale closed we missed the frequent convos with Beth. We will eventually outgrow our condo and can't wait to work with Beth on our next purchase!
