We were introduced to Berry Gennari through a realtor in Denver, Colorado, our home for the past 40 years. As a Winston-Salem native, Berry proved to be a great resource in familiarizing us with the Winston-Salem area and all of it's unique and interesting neighborhoods over a two-day "tour." So gracious of her to spend that kind of time with us! Our relocation from Denver to Winston-Salem is a huge transition for us, and Berry has been extremely helpful in making the process as easy and as stream-lined as possible. She helped us navigate the nuances of real estate transactions in North Carolina, which differ from most states, and provided many recommendations on resources for inspections, attorneys, and the like. She knows her restaurants, too! She is a positive, fun and extremely responsive realtor. It was a pleasure working with Berry, and we can't thank her enough!!
