Even though I am an inactive licensed real estate broker I needed someone who would handle my listing professionally. I have known Belinda for about 30 years and have referred others to her in the past and they have told me she has gone above and beyond when they listed with her. Since I'm alone now I knew I would need additional help with the property for sale. Belinda had contacts that were able to come in and do the handy work and minor repairs of things I could no longer do myself since I can no longer get on a ladder or lift heavy items. There is so much to getting a house ready to sell so that you get top dollar. Even after you get an accepted offer there is still so much to do with inspections with the buyer and the municipality that I had forgotten all about. I experienced that during this process she was available to answer questions anytime and went above and beyond for me also. If you need someone to handle your sale, I recommend Belinda as she will be there for you from start to finish!
