Barry is a great communicator and very responsive. The greatest benefit was his patience with us as we wrestled with making the right decision on where and what to buy. Once we were under contract, the rest of the process went very smoothly right through to closing in less than 30 days. We would definitely use Barry Davis to buy or sell in the future.
