Barbara has lived in the area her whole life, she knows the ins and outs of all of the most desired neighborhoods in Fort Worth. I was blown away by the little details she knew, like what portion of a certain street was likely to flood, what streets have houses that are used for college student rentals and which little tiny pockets within neighborhoods were best for ROI. She is a wealth of priceless knowledge! Her response time is practically immediate and communication was clear and frequent. She was a bulldog negotiator when I needed her to be and she had brilliant ideas when there were some tough decisions to make. Barbara was made for real estate, the process was seamless, she made it fun and I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!”
