Barbara Hickman is by far the most experienced, skilled, and hard-working realtor I have ever worked with, through several sales! She gave us several helpful tips and leads. She especially knew how to go about pricing and marketing in a wild market. I have already recommended her to our next-door neighbors, who listed with her!
