We would like to highly recommend Keith Haffner, Realtor with Carolina One.
Keith helped us find a home that was perfect for our family!  Some of the things which really impressed us about Keith is his confident, professional demeanor, his determination and tenacity, and his wisdom during the entire process of purchasing our home.  Keith is a man of integrity and has a genuine concern for his clients. We were pressed with deadlines of finding a home due to the fact that our lease was ending, and yet the home we were purchasing was in the middle of the probate process.  As we approached the deadline, Keith came up with the brilliant idea for us to request early occupancy.  We were able to get into our new home at just the right time, otherwise, I’m not sure what we would have done as our lease ran out before our new home was out of probate!
We found Keith to be very personable and friendly, and completely accomplished and proficient.  We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for Keith.  We highly recommend him to anyone with any real estate needs, whether it be purchasing or selling.
