Avaan was amazing beyond my expectations. Having to sell from out of state, she was such an invaluable asset. She was my counselor, personal advisor, junk removal, online garage sale coordinator, professional stager, and most importantly the professional who sold my home. Not only did she sell my home, but sold it in 3 days for over asking and multiple offers in a very challenging market. Had she not been so thorough on how to prepare the home to sell, to coordinating trades to ensure it was perfect before hitting the market, we would not have had such great results. I can’t thank Avaan enough for all she did for me and my daughter during this very emotional move. She made it look easy when I knew she put in hours and hours of work so everything would go well. She is a true professional and if you are considering an agent, look no further, Avaan is your agent. You won’t find a better professional to work for you.
