April Wiseman was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of this real estate process. She went the extra mile by traveling to Nashville for open houses and to assure the property was clean/repaired and readied for sale. She also provided valuable advice about the market regarding comps and property updates for proper pricing and marketing. She communicated in a timely manner and was very responsive to questions. The absolute best realtor I’ve ever utilized and will gladly recommend her to all needing help with selling and/or buying real estate.
