April Sturko was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She is a professional when it comes to real estate matters or anything she does. April was straightforward with me regarding the current market situation and what to expect when selling my place. She is knowledgeable about the current trends and buyers’ likes and was helpful with her suggestions. April even went as far as recommending the paint colour for my place and the type of lights. April was quick to reply to either a text or an email and was flexible when the circumstances required us to be. Top-notch customer service! I highly recommend April and Century 21 if you’re looking to sell or buy a place! Also, my husband and I enjoy the little pumpkins that mysteriously show up on our doorstep every fall. 😊
