April Sturko is simply an excellent realtor who made the sale of my property easy! Thoughtful, wise and very easy to work with, she comes equipped with valuable experience and people skills. From pre-sale suggestions - to listing, marketing, and negotiations - April had my interests at heart. She cared about my property. April provided very helpful advice with respect to “valuable” and “profit increasing” updates to the home prior to listing. Her invaluable assistant Melissa completed everything “behind the scenes” thoroughly and timely without any worries or concerns. She is a perfect compliment to April. My house sold in record time (97% list price) with possession within a month of listing. Thank you April Sturko and Melissa for making this happen stress-free!
