Annie Singletary was extremely instrumental in the selling of our home. She provided us with updates and explanations of the market as we proceeded through the process. Our house was very unique and there were no real “comps” in our area, but Annie was able to put together a marketing package that worked. She also assisted us in determining our final selling price, and dealt with the buyers according to our wishes.
