We had an excellent experience selling our townhouse with Annie. Her knowledge of the current market and negotiation skills were exceptional. The staging company she suggested was wonderful and made our townhome look remarkable! The escrow officer who Annie referred to us was also top notch. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and Annie was available anytime we had questions, and also provided us with updates throughout the entire process. She is a great communicator! We would highly recommend Annie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
