My family and I can never thank Ann enough for her successful sale of our Chapel Hill condominium. From beginning to end, there was never any question that she put our interests first. Ann helped us determine a fair, but acceptable, asking price. We felt our condo would be hard to sell at a time when many preferred a single dwelling. Or, when buyers could find newer units at lower prices. We had the plan with the largest square footage in the complex. This would be akin to selling the largest house in the neighborhood. We were especially appreciative about that! Once Ann held the first open house for our neighbors to see the refreshed unit, she kept us informed about comments, each upcoming open house and each agent showing. This was in addition to the beautiful professional photos she had done to feature our home on all the popular websites for potential buyers. We were astounded at Ann’s resources and resourcefulness. While some sellers may be accustomed to this kind of hands on approach, we have never had an agent who worked as hard as Ann did to sell a property. Despite numerous challenges, she never quit and never complained. Ann is and will always be our godsend. Literally! Thanks to Ann’s talent, strong work ethic and integrity our sale was fast, thorough and successful. We could never have done this so easily and effectively with anyone else.
