Proud to be a Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtor, I’m ready to help you find your next home in beautiful “Up North” Michigan, an area I've lived in since 1997. I've also been a business owner since 1986 so I know the meaning of dedication and hard work! Professionalism, responsiveness, fairness, integrity, and honesty are the essence of how I operate my real estate business as well as my past ventures. This industry allows me to meet new people, which I thoroughly enjoy! I love being part of my customers’ new endeavors, assisting with the sale of their properties as well as helping them find their next home or business.

I have worked with several realtors throughout my life but NONE as personable, timely, detail oriented, and skilled at what she does than Ann....hands down!! Not only is she naturally warm and approachable, she knows the real estate business and was quick to provide me with the timely details I needed to make decisions along the way of my home buying process. She responds to texts and emails fast, and fills you in on any background pieces of the home/neighborhood that might be of interest to you. She is a natural at what she does. Ann combines her real estate smarts and "no pressure" warmth in a way that makes her truly a remarkable and top notch real estate agent. Wow.
