I recently purchased my first house with the help of Andreana and I could not recommend her more!!! From the very beginning Andreana was always available to answer any questions, schedule showings, and willing to help find a house that met my needs. She is extremely knowledgable and communicative- two things that were important to me as a first time home buyer. She was willing to walk me through the steps of looking/buying a home and always went out of her way to show me as many properties as possible. I ended up buying a new build home which was something that I was skeptical about, but Andreana connected me with recommended inspectors to help ease my mind. She helped communicate with the builder and was the best at our blue tape walkthrough! From the first text through closing day, Andreana was nothing but a pleasure to work with. While I love my new home, I look forward to hopefully working with Andreana again in the future!
