We wouldn't have found our new home without Andrea's awareness of the available property and her keen insight to suggest to us to take a look at it. She was extremely knowledgeable of this condo development and had friends who lived there who she reached out to get additional information we were seeking. She was on top of things throughout the process to include contacting the property management company, our lawyers and the seller. We in fact were able to close a week earlier. She went out of her way to provide us recommendations for contractors, painters, locksmiths, etc. It was a pleasure with her!
