My husband, daughter and I moved to Ft. Myers in 1998 and since I have been helping Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. This market has grown tremendously since 1998, and I have worked virtually everyday as a Realtor here in Southwest Florida. It's constant, constantly changing, there are so many important aspects to Buying or Selling a property in Southwest Florida. Hundreds of communities, many different fees, communities with golf options, communities with amazing amenities, 55+ communities, non-gated communities and more. In my opinion, choosing the right Realtor is extremely valuable. It takes skill, care, knowledge, experience, success, and an outstanding reputation of serving the public. Providing excellence in Service by always been available, knowing the current market conditions, understanding and listening to clients so their most important boxes are checked, whether they are Sellers, Buyers or both is what I do, everyday. My geographic area is vast and includes Collier County, Lee County, and Charlotte County. My Brokerage, Royal Shell Real Estate is an exceptional, family owned, Brokerage that is owned by R & L Carriers, The Roberts Family. We have offices throughout my geographic area, as well as Ocala, Florida where they own the World Equestrian Center as well as Landmark Realty in North Carolina with offices in Highlands and Cashiers. We cross market within our Brokerage. We are also partnered with Leading Real Estate, an exclusive membership that sells Real Estate that spans in over 70 countries, with over 136,000 Top Realtors in the world. I AM LOCAL, I AM NATIONAL AND I AM GLOBAL. It would be my utmost pleasure to help you in your Real Estate Needs.
