I've been a REALTOR® in Charleston for 23 years, and about 80% of my business comes from clients I've worked with before or people those clients sent my way. The reviews here are from them. I work with people whose life stage is changing — moving up, downsizing, or relocating to the Lowcountry. What most of my clients will tell you is that I give them the real number, not the one they were hoping for. That's uncomfortable in week one and it's why they come back.
