Amy Marin Carlson has been my realtor as both a buyer and seller. In both instances, she went exceeded my expectations in communications, availability, timeliness, knowledge and negotiations. She ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She provided resource prior to and following the sale/purchase. And, Amy was always professional, polite, spacious and thoughtful with regard to my needs. I highly recommend!
