In late October 2023, while still considering Senior Living alternatives, I contacted Amanda for real estate advice.  With Amanda's help, by the end of the year we had (1) selected a Senior Living facility, (2) signed a listing agreement, (3) moved selected furniture to the new facility, (4) conducted an estate sale on the remainder, (5) renovated the house to like new condition (painting, new carpets, cleaning), (6) accepted an offer over the listing price, and (7) received funds from the sale.  In other words, in approximately nine weeks we made a complete transition from a private residence to a more care free Senior Living lifestyle.  This was made possible in large part by Amanda's experience in real estate, her comprehensive planning and coordination of various vendors, and her fastidious follow through.  She is absolutely tops in my book.
