Amanda and Scott are the best team of realtors!. We experienced NONE of the downsides that so many of our friends had endured with their home sales such as, a drawn-out process, a series of price reductions, testy negotiations with buyers, costly concessions, etc. They immediately saw the potential and value of our home and knew how to position it in the current market. They guided us through the entire process and made sure that everything transpired successfully and as worry-free as possible. Scott’s experience as a contractor helped immensely and quickly resolved a number of practical matters. We can’t praise them enough.
