The gratitude I have for Amanda goes well beyond what words can express. I’ve worked with many realtors over the years and have purchased several homes, and I have never worked with anyone who comes remotely close to the level of warmth, professionalism, knowledge, and unwavering support Amanda provided throughout this entire experience. From our very first call, I knew I was in great hands. Amanda didn’t simply set me up with an MLS feed and wait for me to find something. She stayed actively involved every step of the way. We were in constant contact, and she always made me feel like I was one of her most important clients. My budget was modest, but Amanda treated me with the same attention and commitment you would expect if I were purchasing a million-dollar home. We searched for a very long time, and not once did her attentiveness or enthusiasm fade. She was incredibly responsive, but more importantly, she was proactive. Amanda continually searched for unique properties that might be right for me and was always looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to get a deal done. At one point she told me, “If it takes years, then so be it. We’re going to find the perfect home for you. I don’t care how long it takes.” She meant it, and I felt that level of commitment throughout the entire process. Purchasing a home out of state comes with its own set of challenges, and this purchase certainly had a few. Amanda’s support went far beyond anything I expected. From making the offer and navigating negotiations to helping me find local resources and now continuing to support me after the sale while I manage the logistics of an out-of-state move, she has been extraordinary. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda. She is upbeat, thoughtful, knowledgeable, incredibly hardworking, and absolutely relentless when it comes to taking care of her clients. She is a breath of fresh air in the real estate business and, beyond that, simply an amazing human being. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in my corner.
